【How to Join】
1. Purchase any of the following Qing Feng Food’s Meatball Series products at PX Mart stores across Taiwan:
(1) Qing Feng Pork Ball
(2) Taro Chunk Pork Ball
(3) Duck Meatball
2. Upload a photo of your receipt and complete the registration form.
3. Winners will be contacted by email, and prizes will be sent starting from November 14, 2025, after confirmation.
【Lucky Draw Date】
Winners will be drawn on November 7, 2025.
The winners’ list will be announced on the Qing Feng Food’s official website and Facebook fan page.

【Important Notes】
1. Each receipt can only be registered once and grants one entry into the lucky draw. Duplicate entries or falsified information will result in disqualification.
2. The purchase date on the receipt must be between August 20, 2025 – October 31, 2025, issued by PX Mart stores in Taiwan, and registered by November 5, 2025.
3. Winners of physical prizes must reply to the prize notification email within 5 working days, providing delivery details. Failure to reply within the deadline will be deemed as a waiver of the prize.
*PX Mart E-vouchers will be emailed to winners by November 21, 2025.
4. Participants must ensure that all registration information is true, accurate, and complete. Using false or stolen information will result in disqualification.
5. Prizes will only be delivered within Taiwan (including Taiwan main island, Kinmen, Penghu, and Matsu). Overseas shipping is not available.
6. Qing Feng Food reserves the right of final interpretation, modification, suspension, or termination of this event.
