📦【Pickup Weight Limit Notice】
As this service is currently in the trial stage, each order eligible for in-store pickup must have a total weight of 1,800g or less.  
If your order exceeds 1,800g, please choose home delivery or split your order into multiple shipments.

When checking out, please remember to enter the "store name and 6-digit store code" in the  "Note" field so we can arrange your shipment properly.

● Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. (Shipping may be delayed on weekends and national holidays.)

● Please note: Pay on delivery is available only for registered members. If you wish to use this payment method, please register as a members before submitting your order. The system will still process non-member orders, but our staff will contact you within 1-2  business days to address the invalid order.

● Uniform Invoice (receipt) Options:
1. Member carrier (Personal) --> This function is not yet available. A paper Uniform Invoice will still be included with your order.
2. For Business (Unified Business Number) --> Please ensure the Unified Business Number is entered correctly before submitting your order. Once the invoice has been issued, it it cannot be modified.
3. Mobile carrier/ Citizen Digital Certificate/ Donation Code --> Please enter your mobile barcode, certificate number, or donation code as applicable.

Orders placed through the official website can only be delivered within Taiwan. For international orders, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
